Frontal/Closure NOT provided. Bleaching, plucking, install, basic styling included.

Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Remaining balance is due in full cash only on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancel after the window and you will lose your deposit.

Reschedule
You may reschedule once within 48 hours and transfer your deposit. Miss the new appointment and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

If you have tested positive for a contagious disease within the last 7 days, please contact me to reschedule for everyone's safety.

Late Arrivals
Please be on time. If you are 30+ minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled unless you informed me in advance.

Units should arrive 2–3 days before your appointment, labeled with your contact details. Always contact me before dropping off. Late drop-offs incur a same-day customization fee.

What if I'm allergic to specific lace glue?+
Please inform me so I can accommodate you with a glue that would best suit your needs. Your comfort and safety are my priority.
Do I have to bring anything to my appointment?+
No — just bring yourself and any device, snack, or drink to make yourself feel comfortable. I've got everything else covered!
Do you accept VIP or squeeze-in appointments on Sundays?+
No. Sunday is my day of rest and is non-negotiable. You are welcome to ask about other days of the week.
What is the cost for styling?+
Basic styling comes at no additional cost. If your desired style requires significant effort, please send me the inspiration picture and I will let you know the pricing right away.
What type of wig should I bring for an install?+
For a fresh install, bring a new, unworn unit. For reinstalls, the lace must be clean and gunk-free, and the wig must fully fit your head. Pre-colored wigs are only accepted with blonde knots.
How far in advance should I drop off my wig?+
Wig units should arrive 2–3 days before your appointment, clearly labeled with your contact and appointment details. Always contact me before dropping it off.
